Terms and conditions for TNT Training Centers online learning courses
The following constitutes the terms and conditions to which applicants agree when booking any TNT Training Center online courses (Terms and Conditions). Throughout the terms and conditions TNT shall refer to the TNT Training Center.
1. Registration with TNT (creating an account)
When buying a course we require you to register to create an account and provide us with your email address and country of residence. We do not store any credit card information.
2.1 Online courses can be purchased through the shopping cart available on the courses.tntkennels.com website
2.2 Once you have purchased a course you will be emailed a receipt and log-in instructions. You will have 365 days of access to the course from the date of enrollment.
3. Payment
3.1 Fees must be paid at the point of booking via Stripe or PayPal’s secure online payment process. If you have an applicable discount code this must be entered at the time of purchase, as the discount cannot be applied retrospectively.
3.2 All major credit and debit cards are accepted. A receipt will be sent to you by email from Stripe or PayPal confirming payment. Stripe or PayPal will receive the information needed to verify and authorize your payment card and to process your order and is under strict legal and contractual obligations not to disclose this information to third parties. Please note that if you do not provide accurate details (including type of card and number) or if your credit card company does not authorize payment, your application will be deemed void. TNT will not accept any liability for costs incurred as a result of applications deemed void in this manner.
4 .Changes
4.1 Whilst we make every effort to keep changes to the site to a minimum, we reserve the right to make any amendments to the terms and conditions at any time to reflect changes affecting our business, including but not limited to, changes in technology, payment methods and legal and regulatory requirements. By continuing to use this site you agree to accept any changes made to the terms and conditions.
5. Ownership and intellectual property rights
TNT Training materials, are owned by TNT. TNT owns all intellectual property rights in all materials available from the TNT Training including the design, graphics and text of all printed materials and all video for all training lessons. When you are given access to the TNT’s online courses, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the materials. No content may be copied, reproduced (except for printable) created for the personal use of the student), uploaded, posted, displayed or linked to in any way, in whole or in part, without TNT’s prior written permission. Any such use is strictly prohibited and will constitute an infringement of the TNT’s intellectual property rights.
6. Technology
TNT does not warrant that the provision of any content online will always be available or be uninterrupted, timely or error free, that defects will be corrected or that such content is secure or free from bugs, viruses, errors and omissions.
7. Refunds – A refund request must be received within 24 hours from the date of enrollment by submitting a request to [email protected].
